About us

Euro India Business Council also known as EIBC, was set up in the year 1996 with the objective of supporting Industrialists from India to venture into European markets and also to support businessmen from Europe to enter into Indian markets. EIBC Membership comprises of Large Scale, Medium Scale & Small Scale Manufacturers and Merchant Exporters from India and businessmen from Germany, Britain, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Belgium and also other parts of Western and Central Europe.

To achieve effective business alliances through personalised interactions EIBC has been undertaking the following pathways to success:
 

  • Participating with EIBC members in most of the leading exhibitions being held in Europe like CPHI, In-Cosmetics, Food Ingredients, Chemspec and Machinery Expo’s.

  • Taking delegations of Indian Industrialists to meet European Industrialists and Businessmen to promote mutual exports and establish long term strategic alliances.

  • Inviting delegations from Europe and ensuring their meetings with relevant Indian businessmen.

  • Organising conferences, meetings with European Consular –Trade promotion Officials and Business development agencies.

  • Participating in Global Economic Forums in Europe like “HORASIS” .In 2012 Mr.Rane was invited to speak on International Mergers & Acquisitions.

  • Participating in Global industrial events like "HANNOVER MESSE" with Indian delegation.In April 2015 Mr.Rane was invited by the German Economic Affairs Ministry to attend this prestigious event where India was the partner country and the event was inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Mr.Modi and German Chancellor Madame Merkel.

  • Honouring European government invitations: During the "Indo-Italian Year" 2007,the visiting team of Italian Prime Minister Dr.Romano Prodii invited Mr.Rane to Italy to be their guest .This invitation was honoured and accepted to further promote EIBC activities. EIBC senior officials have also been the guests of German Economic Affairs Ministry in Germany during 2014 and 2015.
